Required Training

All FAMCO employees will be required to complete the Employee Handbook Certification by December 17, 2007.

Beginning January of 2008, FAMCO employees will be required to complete all firm-wide mandatory training courses and certify that they have read, understand, and are in compliance with our policies. Completion of these annual requirements ensures that our company is in compliance with various regulatory requirements and that employees align their behavior with company expectations. Employees are expected to be aware of and complete annual requirements no later than December 15 of each year.

Carlson Leisure Travel Service All employees are eligible to receive personal travel discounts:
  • Up to a 5 percent discount on major airline rates
  • Up to 50 percent off the brochure rate on cruises
  • Discounts at more than 18,000 hotels
  • Car rental discounts and upgrade coupons
Personal Cellular Services Employees receive discounted calling plans and credits towards the purchase of a phone (you can keep your current cell phone number) from T-Mobile and Verizon. Employees who regularly expense work-related charges from a personal cell phone plan should talk with their manager about signing up for the corporate cell phone plan.
Corporate Wellness Program (fitness) Employees are provided a wide range of fitness benefits, tools, and resources from an extensive network of reputable fitness partners, making it easier and more affordable to engage in regular physical activity.
Microsoft Office 2003 Employees receive a licensed copy of Microsoft Office 2003 (all applications included) to use on their home computers. The only cost is shipping and handling.
Capella University (tuition) Employees and their family members receive a 5% discount on tuition. Additional information at our Piper Jaffray-dedicated site

FTD.com (flowers) Employees receive a 20% discount on personal purchases. Discount is automatically applied when an order is placed.
