Daryle DiLascia is a managing director and head of capital markets for the financial services group. DiLascia brings more than 20 years of specialist experience, focusing exclusively on banks and financial services companies as well as the institutional and private equity firms that invest in the sector. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray in 2015, DiLascia was an executive managing director and head of investment banking at Sterne, Agee & Leach, Inc., where he also led the depository institutions effort. Under his leadership, Sterne Agee became a market leader in both M&A and capital raising for banks nationwide. DiLascia served on Sterne Agee's broker-dealer board of directors as well as the fairness and capital commitment committees.

Before that, DiLascia spent 17 years with Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. (KBW), where he served as an executive vice president and co-head of equities. During his tenure, KBW was widely recognized as the industry-leader in equity capital raising and secondary trading for banks and financial institutions. He was a member of KBW's executive management team and also served on the capital commitment and research prioritization committees.

DiLascia received his Master of Business Administration degree in finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Syracuse University.
