Diane Paauwe

Diane Paauwe joined Piper Jaffray’s public finance department in March 2000. Paauwe had 10 years of prior public finance experience at that time.

At Piper Jaffray, Paauwe specializes in financings for higher education institutions and other nonprofit organization, as well as special tax and revenue supported financings for state and local government issuers. A select range of Paauwe’s clients include Anoka-Hennepin School District, College of Saint Benedict, Iowa Finance Authority, LifeSource, City of Lino Lakes, Macalester College, City of Minneapolis, Minnesota Public Radio, Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission, MNTAAB School District Financing Program, Montana Board of Investments, St. Olaf College, University of Minnesota and Wilder Foundation.

Paauwe holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Davenport University. In the community, Paauwe serves on the Community Board of the Minneapolis Downtown YMCA and on the Carlson School of Management Alumni Advisory Board.
